Commercial and Contract Support
Whatever the issue, be it large, small, complex or simply an in house resourcing problem
we are able to build a project specific team that can include specialist consultancy on all construction and engineering disciplines.
We know that formal dispute resolution, whether it is adjudication, arbitration or litigation, is seen as a last resort by many firms. It is a step that no organisation takes lightly. Many are faced with the prospect through no choice. We recognise dispute avoidance as being a success and will strive to achieve this through negotiations where appropriate yet ensuring that the essential building blocks are in place should that step be necessary.
