A Review of the Implications of the Local Democracy Economic Development and Construction Act 2009

The legislation is now in force across the UK and with far reaching implications. The session consist of

• -         A lecture that identifies the main changes to the 1996 Act and particularly how these affect the payment process. This is aimed at anyone who has any involvement with the administration of a construction contract whether they are employers, main contractors or sub-contractors, from managing director to site supervisor
